According to the scheduled manner, Bajaj Auto has opened sales of its flagship Pulsar 200 NS in New Delhi. The Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS is available for bookings at Rs 85,000 (ex-showroom price) which will be transformed to an on-road price of Rs 94,300.
The two-wheeler manufacturer had made the Pulsar 200 NS first available for bookings at Pune, its home market a few weeks back. New Delhi is the first city in north India where the Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS has been made available and the company is expected to launch the motorbike in other cities according to schedule in the coming months.
With bookings for the BajaJ Pulsar 200 NS being accepted across Bajaj showrooms in Delhi, deliveries are expected to begin in a couple of days. The much awaited Pulsar 200 NS features the best technological advancements ever on a Bajaj motorbike like liquid cooling, a four valve head, triple spark plugs, a six speed gearbox and a monoshock suspension layout.
The Pulsar 200NS promises to offer the best in class performance, emission as well as fuel economy thanks to the new cutting edge technology used in its DTS-i engine. The 199.5cc single-cylinder engine which produces a power output of 23.17 bhp and maximum torque of 18.3 Nm is mated to a 6 speed manual gearbox that is also fitted in the recently launched KTM Duke 200. The new Pulsar will reach 100 km/h below 10 seconds before hitting a top speed of 136 km/h.
As always, Bajaj has given the new Pulsar 200 NS a highly competitive price tag which undercuts rivals like Hero Karisma ZMR and the KTM Duke 200 by 10-15k.
