While the tech world is all busy talking about the latest launches from Google and Amazon, India-based tech firm Wicked Leak is prepping up to release its first range of Android Jelly Bean tablet as soon as next week.
The budget tech manufacturer has already got rave reviews for its recently launched 5-inch phablet device, Wammy Note and according to an inside resource, the company will splash the market with launch of new Wammy tablet in the begning of the next week, making it among the first devices in India to get the latest version of the Android OS Jelly Bean. The source has also confimermed that that new Wammy tablet will come boasting a 9.7-inch, capacitive 5 point touchscreen display.
Further, as of now, there is no official confirmation regarding the other specifications or price ofthe tablet.
However, it can be assumed that as the new device will be based on the latest iteration of the Google’s latest OS, it come packed with new features like Project Butter for more responsive performance, Resizable Widgets on the homescreen allowing for more customization, Predictive Keyboard, which is better than the one in Icecream and Sandwich, Voice Typing that allows consumers to use the service in the offline mode, a new camera application, enhanced Android Beam app, expandable and contractible notifications, new Search interface, better Voice Search and the Google Now service.
As far as other latest 10 inch Android tablet Wicked Leak range is concerned, it includes WickedLeak Wammy Ethos, Wammy Plus and Wammy 7. The range is now available in India viacompany website from Rs 5,249 onwards.
