With
only a few days left for the official launch of Windows Phone 8
operating system, new images of a Nokia phone has started to surface.
The leaked images are considered to be of Nokia Arrow which is a
mid-range smartphone expected to be powered by ‘Windows Phone 8’
operating system. The leaked images showed a yellow colored phone with
Nokia logo in it. The image only displayed the back casing of the phone.
The
looks suggest that Nokia have implemented a polycarbonate construction
similar to the existing Nokia Lumia models. The leaked images appeared
on a Hong-Kong based Blog.
PureView Camera Technology
Analysts predict that Windows Phone 8 devices would be announced by Nokia during an event on September 5th.
There are also reports suggesting that Nokia Phi, rumored to be one
among the Windows Phone 8 based devices to be released, is being
positioned as the top-end Windows Phone 8 smartphone model. Sources also
suggest rumored Nokia Phi to include a PureView Camera feature in it.
Even though there is no official confirmation from the company, these
rumors do makes sense taking in to context the Nokia’s Windows Phone 8
event slated for September 5.
Teaser Video
There
have been reports earlier about the minimal possibility of integrating
the PureView technology in to the Windows Phone 8 platform. But those
rumors took a new turn when one of the Nokia officials stated in a
technology blog that the technology will feature in one of the Lumia
phones soon.
Nokia
has already released a teaser video hinting about the possibility of
implementing a PureView technology in one of its Windows Phone 8 based
Lumia phones. The teaser video stated, “things are about to change”.
With this latest technology, users could expect a new Windows Phone 8
based Lumia phone with a 41 megapixel sensor.
