Only a couple of
year’s back, even the high end devices came with under a GB of RAM and that was
plenty. The apps and games weren’t very resource hungry and neither were the
operating systems. But eventually the operating systems and apps grew resource
hungry. Some OEM specific operating systems take up more than a GB of RAM just
to keep running, add to that the memory requirements of that new game you
downloaded. So even 2 GB isn’t enough anymore. Now if you are planning to hold
on to a device for long, you should pick something with more memory than that
so that you are running a capable hardware for long. Here we list down some of
the best devices that come with 3 GB RAM to simplify the decision for you.

Samsung is expected to take a leaf from HTC's book and market the phone carrying this as the 'best buy' price tag, though there's no confirmation of this yet. This will peg the Galaxy S4 at a slightly higher price tag than HTC One's Rs. 42,900, but given Samsung's wider dealer network, marketing clout and brand value in the country, that may not make much of a difference.

Samsung's CES 2013: Portrait View TV and Beyond
When Samsung teased a seemingly
translucent, portrait-oriented television in the weeks leading up to CES 2013,
the tech media were quick to doubt, criticize, and make fun of Samsung. That
didn't stop some of them from feeling a little betrayed when the real thing was
unveiled as something other than a mainstream consumer product. But trust
Samsung to win the love back in the end.
At the end of 2012, the Samsung
Tomorrow blog released a teaser picture showing what looked like a
semi-transparent TV designed in portrait mode, rather than the usual
"landscape" widescreen of virtually all modern televisions. "A
true innovation of TV design is coming up with a unprecedented new TV shape and
timeless design," read The Verge's translation of the Korean-language
blog's minimal description.

Compare Samsung Galaxy Camera vs Nikon Coolpix S800C
"Android camera." Wow, that has a weird ring, doesn't it? You just don't think of a camera as having an operating system. It's like saying "Windows toaster" or "Unix jump rope."
But yes, that's what it has come to. Ever since cellphone cameras got good enough for everyday snapshots, camera sales have been dropping. For millions of people, the ability to share a fresh photo wirelessly - Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, text message - is so tempting, they're willing to sacrifice a lot of real-camera goodness.
